operating duty:

1. **Technical support**

-Provide technical advice and support for AI robots and driverless vehicles, and answer technical questions from customers and internal teams.

-Process customer feedback, solve technical faults in time, and ensure the normal operation of products.

2. **System maintenance and update**

-Participate in the maintenance, upgrade and optimization of AI robot and unmanned vehicle systems to ensure stable system performance.

- Regular inspection and evaluation of the systems operating status, and suggestions for improvement.

3. **Project Support**

-Participate in the testing of new products, provide technical support and feedback to ensure that the products meet the market demand.

-Assist the project manager to advance the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of project results.

4. **Documentation and training**

-Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides and training materials.

-Provide product training for customers and internal employees to enhance their understanding of AI robots and autonomous driving technology.

5. **Cross-departmental collaboration**

-Work closely with R&D, product, sales and marketing departments to ensure effective connection between technical support and product development.

-Assist the sales team to conduct technical demonstration and customer negotiation to improve customer satisfaction.
