Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and issues
Prepare quotation to customer (EBP System)
Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction
Prepare and analyse sales reports
Participate in purchasing and suppliers’ management

Qualifications:

Post secondary school educated is preferable
3-5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role
Experience in food services / catering / food industry is needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel, EPR software & Sales Tools
Customer-focused mindset
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
