Job Description

Responsibilities:
l Responsible for the daily operation of the medical center
l Process patient inquiries
l Assist the doctor in making a diagnosis
l Keep the medical center clean and hygienic and maintain medical equipment
l General administrative work
Requirements:
l Priority will be given to those with medical center/customer service work experience
l Form 5/DSE graduation or equivalent academic qualifications
l Mature and independent, can work in a team, enjoy learning, and be proactive
l Have good communication skills and affinity, good guest attitude, and putting the guest first
l Understand computer operations and Chinese and English input methods, with experience in operating medical center systems is preferred
l Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin conversation
