This position will be working closely with an English-speaking Director in a multinational team professional team.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Drive Revenue:</strong> Hunt and qualify new projects within key maritime segments, including high-traffic ferry, container, and river trade terminals, plus the high-growth cruise market</p></li><li><p><strong>Forge Key Alliances:</strong> Build trusted, strategic partnerships with critical decision-makers at port authorities and shipping companies</p></li><li><p><strong>Own the Deal Cycle:</strong> Lead the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to successful contract closure</p></li><li><p><strong>Deliver Tailored Solutions:</strong> Conduct in-depth market and client analysis to develop and present customized value propositions</p></li><li><p><strong>Execute Growth:</strong> Actively manage a robust sales pipeline and collaborate with the team to implement the regional expansion strategy across Asia</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor's degree in any discipline and a genuine passion for our mission.</p></li><li><p>3-5 years of a proven sales track record in maritime or port sectors</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with full fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese</p></li><li><p>A readiness for extensive travel to drive growth across the region</p></li></ul>
