Paperclip Design is a dynamic design firm with a growing e-commerce subsidiary, xympo (www.xympo.com). We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our team in a dual role that combines marketing (focused on xympo) and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (xympo E-commerce Focus):

  1. Manage and grow social media channels (content planning, scheduling, engagement).
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Assist in data analysis (sales, customer behavior, campaign performance) to support decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with the team on digital marketing initiatives, including promotions and branding.
  5. Support website updates and product listings as needed.

Administrative:

  1. Handle general office administration (emails, calls, filing, scheduling).
  2. Assist in document preparation, reports, and presentations.
  3. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  4. Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
  5. Support HR and finance with basic tasks as required.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Strong English language skills (written and verbal); Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
  3. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic marketing tools.
  4. Analytical mindset with an interest in e-commerce and digital trends.
  5. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Prior experience in marketing or administration is a plus but not mandatory.
  7. Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus but not mandatory.
