Director of Operations and Business Development

1. Job overview

We are seeking a cross-border operations and business development director with excellent strategic vision. You will be responsible for coordinating the company's overall operations system, driving business expansion and digital transformation, and helping the company establish a leading position in the high-end packaging market.

2. Main responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's annual operating strategy, drive production efficiency and quality improvement;

Manage supply chain, production planning and quality control system, ensure product delivery and cost optimization;

Lead cosmetics repackaging business market development and customer relationship management;

Drive the digital transformation of the operations system, establish a data-driven management mechanism;

Ensure all operational activities comply with Hong Kong and Mainland China regulatory requirements.

3. Employment requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, engineering, management, supply chain or related professional background is preferred;

At least 8 years of operations management experience, with a background in manufacturing or high-end consumer goods industry, and no less than 3 years of operations director management experience;

Familiar with lean production, supply chain management, quality management system;

Have excellent strategic planning, team management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills;

Have Chinese and English communication skills, familiar with the mainland market, those who are familiar with the mainland market are preferred;
