Job Overview: Responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers who use our software in an unauthorized manner, through professional compliance consulting and solutions, converting compliance risks into sales opportunities, and maintaining our intellectual property rights.
Main responsibilities:
Customer communication and coordination
1. Communicate with customers professionally about software licensing issues
2. Address customer concerns and inquiries about software compliance
3. Assist customers in understanding software licensing requirements and compliance standards
4. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure compliance issues are properly resolved
Compliance sales promotion
1. Identify and contact potential customers who are using software illegally
2. Provide customized compliance solutions and licensing schemes
4. Follow up on compliant sales cases to ensure smooth completion of transactions
Business expansion support
1. Negotiate authorization terms and compliance requirements with suppliers
2. Assist in the development of procurement strategies to ensure compliance
3. Establish customer compliance files and track compliance status
4. Assist the business team in developing new compliance-related opportunities
Job Requirements
1. Have 2 to 3 years of software licensing or intellectual property experience
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills and sales techniques
3. Familiar with procurement processes and negotiation skills
4. Careful and responsible, with risk awareness and business sensitivity
5. High level of Cantonese
6. Have the ability to solve complex problems
7. Able to withstand performance pressure, with a goal-oriented mindset
