Your decisions will enhance the reliability of the entire IT system.<br><br>Main responsibilities<br>System Architecture and Planning: Responsible for the design, capacity planning, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of the VMware virtualization platform and Windows Server environment.<br>High availability operations and maintenance: Lead the development and implementation of system high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and data backup strategies to ensure key business service level agreements (SLAs).<br>Full life cycle management: Independently responsible for the full life cycle management of virtual machines, host machines, storage and network resources, including deployment, configuration, change, monitoring and recovery.<br>Complex problem solving as a core technical interface, leading the investigation and resolution of major system and platform-level faults, performance bottlenecks, and complex technical issues. <br>Automation and efficiency improvement* : Develop automation tools using PowerShell and other scripting languages to improve operations and maintenance efficiency and reduce human errors.<br>Standards and documentation: Write and maintain system architecture diagrams, operations and maintenance standards, fault reports and technical solutions, etc. key documents.<br><br>Job Requirements<br>Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, etc. related professional bachelor's degree or above.<br>5 years of IT infrastructure operations experience, with at least 3 years focused on planning, implementation and operations of a large-scale VMware vSphere environment (e.g., managing 50 or more host machines).<br>Proficient in the following technology stacks:<br>Virtualization: Proficient in vSphere suite (vCenter, ESXi), in-depth understanding of resource pools, DRS, vMotion, and performance monitoring and fault diagnosis.<br>Operating System: Proficient in the Windows Server series, familiar with clustering, group policy, and in-depth fault diagnosis.<br><br><br>Network: Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking, able to independently handle VLAN, routing, etc. network configuration issues.<br>Have excellent complex problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to calmly handle emergency failures under high pressure.<br>Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams as a technical core.<br><br>Prioritization criteria<br>Have the ability to communicate in Cantonese and good English reading and writing skills.<br>
