Description:

• Prepare and teach interactive lessons focusing on enabling students to build a solid foundation within the topics specified in the IB, A Level & IGCSE Curriculums
• Use various effective methods to help students conceptualize topics and enhance their learning, such as preparing A* vs B/C sample responses and explaining why one answer will receive a higher mark than the others
• Build strong relationships between students and teachers, and be a valuable team member
• Utilize different effective methods to help students develop their exam-taking skills through past paper exams
• Employ the Socratic method to ensure students are actively engaged and learn effectively during lessons
• Contribute to creating proprietary course/teaching materials exclusive to All Round Education Academy
• Analyze past paper trends to predict potential challenges students might face in achieving high grades
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and parents
Requirements:
• A bachelor's or master's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Outstanding academic background
• Teaching experience in IB/GCSE/A-Level with a proven track record of improved scores among former students is advantageous
• Passion for teaching, patience, and creativity
• Exceptional communication skills
• New graduates with impressive academic records will also be considered

• Undergraduate or postgraduate candidates currently studying at university are encouraged to apply on a part-time basis
