Job Responsibilities:

Completely steer the store operation, from customer service to goods management, covering talent cultivation, customer flow guidance, environmental maintenance and cost control, etc. key links;

Responsible for employee scheduling, attendance, goods ordering, and reasonable scheduling of delivery time;

Strictly follow the company's operating rules, carefully lay out the product display and promotional materials, and ensure that the customer experience is impeccable;

Establish an efficient communication mechanism, accurately feedback product quality, delivery accuracy, and customer needs and satisfaction to the company;

Flexible response to various operational challenges, efficient execution of other related operational tasks

Requirements:

With over three years of retail industry experience, I have a deep understanding of the chain brand retail environment;

Applicants with management experience in markets, shops, malls or large supermarkets will be given priority;

Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate the team, lead them to grow together;

Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and ensuring efficient and smooth operations;

Understand accounting knowledge;

Have good writing and conversational skills, be able to establish effective communication with employees and customers of all levels, and improve service quality;
