Customer Service Executive - Digital Services (5 days work)

Job Description

• Reply to enquiries and written communication on various digital platforms (Facebook/ IG inbox,WhatsApp and emailetc.)

• Handle customers daily inquires, complaints and appointment booking in a prompt and professional manner

• Communicate with patient on phone when needed

• Maintain good customer relationship and promote the company’s products and services

• 5-days work week

• Working Location: Central

• Working Hours: 9:30am-6:30pm or 10:00am-7:00pm

Requirements

• Diploma holder in marketing/ customer services/ communication/ e-commerce or other related fields

• Proficient in written Chinese and English with good word processing skills (English 30 wpm, Chinese 20 wpm) and good computer literacy is a must

• Open-minded with strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Proactive and able to work under pressure

• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
