<p>Main responsibilities</p><p>-Assist with recruitment work, such as posting positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding procedures. </p><p>-Maintain employee files and human resources systems to ensure accurate and confidential data. </p><p>-Handle employee attendance and holiday records. </p><p>-Assist in preparing employee activities (such as team building, holiday celebrations, etc.).</p><p>-Manage office daily operations, such as stationery procurement, equipment maintenance. </p><p>-Handle file receipt and delivery, record archiving and administrative preparation. </p><p>-Coordinate meeting arrangements and venue reservations. </p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Diploma or above academic qualifications</p><p>One year or more of relevant work experience</p><p>Good Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills</p><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) office software and Chinese word processing</p><p>Applicants who can immediately start work will be given priority</p>
