<p>• Degree holder </p><p>• At least 3 years of experience in an assistant or secretarial or Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role </p><p>• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese</p><p>• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</p><p>• Immediate availability is highly preferred</p><p>Job Duties</p><p>• Provide comprehensive support to the Chairman on business affairs, meetings and events, including appointments arrangement and confidential correspondence handling</p><p>• Assist in business documentation preparation, including reports, presentations and agreements</p><p>• Coordinate meetings and events, including translation and interpretation, minutes taking and follow-up actions</p><p>• Conduct market research and data analysis</p><p>• Capable to handle multi-tasks and comfortable to interact with people at all levels</p><p></p><p>Interested parties please send your full resume, expected salary and availability by email to ******</p>
