<p></p><p><strong>Working location</strong>: Hong Kong<br><strong>Reporting Object</strong>: RO/Compliance Department</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties include:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for daily front desk reception, telephone transfer, and mail, file receipt and delivery, and file management. </li><li>Assist in arranging board/management meetings, prepare meeting materials, record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.</li><li>Support the printing, binding, translation and archiving of trust documents, contracts, reports and other written work.</li><li>Assist with administrative procurement, travel reservation and expense reimbursement processes to ensure office operations run smoothly.</li><li>Assist the Compliance Department in completing daily compliance file preparation and customer data collection and organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Employment qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, administration, secretarial work, law or related professional qualifications are preferred;</li><li>Have more than 3 years of administrative assistant experience in Hong Kong financial institutions or professional service firms, familiar with office daily operations;</li><li>Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office equipment;</li><li>Good writing and oral expression skills in Chinese and English, with basic business English communication skills;</li><li></li></ul>
