Dance Instruction & Program Leadership
Regularly teach lively, interesting and adaptive dance classes to Love 21 members and their parents, covering various styles such as jazz, K-Pop, hip-hop and street dance.
Full responsibility for the overall planning and execution of the Love 21 dance project.
Coordinate and supervise a team of free dance coaches and instructors.
Design, implement and continuously evaluate dance courses to ensure their effectiveness, inclusiveness, and meet the needs of members.
Actively seek and seize external performance and display opportunities.
Organize and lead the rehearsal work, and fully manage the team arrangements for the performance activity.
Coordination & Partnership Management
Co-manage and coordinate dance-related activities and events with external partners.
Assist in planning, recruiting and executing one-time activities and workshops.
Administrative Coordination
Work with the team to complete administrative tasks.
Arrange and manage venue reservations, course schedules, and member registration processes.
As the main contact for project-related inquiries, provide high-quality services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records for all dance classes and activities.
General Support
Provide general operational support to the Love 21 team as needed, helping us build an inclusive community.
In center operations, provide valuable assistance based on temporary tasks.
Work requirements
At least two years of dance coaching experience.
Have dance teaching experience, preferably able to teach multiple dance styles (such as jazz dance, K-Pop, hip-hop dance, street dance)
Applicants with project coordination, event management or administrative experience are preferred.
Applicants with experience in working with people of different abilities will be given priority.
Able to build good relationships with members, parents, coaches and partners through empathy, patience and enthusiasm.
Have excellent coordination, time management, and administrative skills.
Autonomy, able to independently design courses, discover performance opportunities and creatively solve problems.
Proficient in English and Cantonese.
