Assistant Operations Support Manager

<p>We are looking for a seasoned banking professional to join our team as a Manager for Retail Banking Operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the growth of our retail banking services.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Operational Strategy & Design:</strong> Develop and implement robust operational processes, policies, and workflows for the retail banking division to enhance efficiency and service quality.</li><li><strong>Credit Oversight:</strong> Review and approve temporary credit and overdraft applications submitted by retail branches, ensuring adherence to the bank's risk appetite.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Risk Management:</strong> Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on account opening documents and perform periodic profile reviews to guarantee the bank's full compliance with all regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience within the banking industry, with a strong preference for backgrounds in branch operations or sales support planning.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and a thorough understanding of local regulatory standards.</li></ul>
