Balance between strategy and execution:<br>Develop human resources strategies (organizational development, talent pipeline, pay system, etc.), and personally push key projects such as recruitment to the ground;<br>Part-time executive work, such as senior executive recruitment, core employee labor relations handling, cross-border salary compliance, etc.;<br>2. Cross-border employment compliance:<br>Proficient in Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and the Mainland's Labor Contract Law, etc., to ensure that employment in both places is legal and compliant;<br>Handle multi-regional employment contracts, social security provident fund, tax planning, etc. <br>3. Organizational performance improvement:<br>Build a flat and high-performance team structure to adapt to the rapid iteration needs of the two business locations;<br>Lead corporate culture integration (such as multi-site team collaboration mode).<br>4. Coordinate the operation of Hong Kong and mainland China offices:<br>Optimize cross-city office procedures (such as stamp approval) ;<br>Responsible for major events and reception coordination, administrative support solutions.</p> <p>[Job Requirements]<br><br>2.
