Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:

· Lead the company’s mainland China business expansion and project management. Take full ownership of the entire project process – from starting the project and gathering requirements, through development, to final launch and testing. Make sure the project meets company strategy goals and fits real mainland market needs.

· Build and manage teamwork across departments (product, tech, and operations). Spot risks early, solve problems quickly, and keep the project moving smoothly. Ensure everything runs well after launch.

· Handle communication and cooperation with partners in Hong Kong and mainland China. Push projects to finish on time, fix any issues fast, and keep strong, trusting, long-term relationships.

· Help create and improve operation plans. Use user data and market feedback to boost user activity, retention rate, and overall experience. Make sure the product grows successfully in the mainland market.

· Track trends in the mainland internet industry and watch competitors. Collect and analyze market information for projects. Give the company useful advice for decisions, and help make the product more suitable for the local market with new ideas.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, IT, or similar fields preferred). Previous work experience in mainland China is a big plus.

· At least 3 years of experience in internet project management, product management, or operations. Must have real examples of leading projects from start to finish (0 to 1) or across different regions.

· Good understanding of the mainland internet market, user habits, and product preferences. Experience with product localization or cross-border business. Ability to see differences and good connection points between Hong Kong and mainland markets.

· Basic technical knowledge (understand API interfaces and data formats). Familiar with Agile product development process. Able to communicate well with mainland tech teams so projects run smoothly.

· Willing to focus on combining Hong Kong and mainland China markets. Must have long-term career motivation and vision.
