<p>Location: On-site at local secondary schools (based on program schedule)</p><p>Employment Type: Freelance / Project-based</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Workshop Design & Delivery: Create and lead interactive workshops for secondary school students on themes such as career exploration, interview preparation, goal setting, entrepreneurship, and personal development.</li><li>Career & Personal Guidance: Provide group facilitation or one-on-one guidance to help students discover their strengths, interests, and values, and connect these with academic and career pathways.</li><li>Content Development: Design engaging learning resources and regularly update materials to reflect the latest education and job market trends in Hong Kong.</li><li>Evaluation & Feedback: Apply assessment tools and collect feedback to monitor student progress, ensuring each session achieves meaningful outcomes.</li><li>Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed on education pathways, DSE subject selection, and emerging industries to give students practical and accurate advice.</li><li>Supportive Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive, open, and encouraging space where students can explore, express themselves, and build confidence.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, school staff, industry experts, and the 12Career team to ensure smooth program delivery and holistic support.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Youth Engagement Experience: Minimum 2 years working directly with secondary students or young people (teaching, training, facilitation, or counselling preferred).</li><li>Strong Facilitation Skills: Confident in leading workshops and public speaking, with the ability to motivate student participation and manage group dynamics.</li><li>Relevant Knowledge: Familiar with youth development, career planning frameworks, and the local education & career landscape in Hong Kong.</li><li>Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and written/verbal skills in English and/or Chinese, able to connect effectively with students and educators.</li><li>Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, or related fields.</li><li>Professional Certifications (Preferred): Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC, or equivalent.</li><li>Additional Skills (Nice-to-have): Experience in stress management, creative activities (arts, sports, environmental projects), or emotional wellness support.</li><li>Local Insight: Knowledge of DSE subject selection, higher education pathways, and Hong Kong’s key industry trends is a strong advantage.</li></ul><p>All personal information collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.</p>
