Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and leasing service targets, promote company products, and assist in collecting customer payments.
2. Promote mechanical leasing services to the market.
3. Maintain good relations with potential customers, real estate leasing business companies, business partners, etc.
4. Increase sales by developing new markets, new customers/business partners and existing customers.
5. Understand customer needs and provide advice.
6. Establish (business-to-business) connections to execute cross-selling functions. The business also covers (business-to-consumer) sales (if any).
Requirements:
1. Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications
2. Good written and oral Chinese and English, as well as Cantonese and English communication
3. Proficient in using software applications
4. Have strong organizational and planning skills
5. Priority will be given to those with work experience in Chinese companies
6. Those with construction industry experience are preferred
