Fashion Designer (Streetwear Brand)

Duties:

1. Combine market trends and customer needs to create innovative clothing patterns;

2. Optimize the color and style of the design work to ensure that the design meets the brand positioning;

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide promotional copy and design concepts for the product;

4. Continuously study industry dynamics and propose design improvement suggestions;

5. Communicate with production departments to ensure that design is completed according to established standards and timeframes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fashion design related major is preferred, fresh graduates are accepted;

2. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. design software;

3. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively cooperate with team members;

5. Have good organizational and time management skills, and be able to complete high-quality design work within a tight time frame.
