Responsibilities:

Support daily operation of computer, system and hardware in data center

Monitor and troubleshoot server equipment installed in the production environment
Handle system operation work like backup, report generation and other system housekeeping work
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and incident escalation
Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure
Requirements:
At least half year IT related experience (Fresh Graduate will also be considered)
Experience in data center operation
Willing to work in shift duties
Knowledge in hardware installation and maintenance
Good communication in Chinese and English
Immediate available is preferred
