[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the daily administrative management of the company, including office environment, facilities and equipment, office supplies, etc. Maintenance and management;
2. Organize and coordinate various meetings and activities, ensure the event runs smoothly;
3. Manage internal communication channels within the company, promote information exchange and cooperation between departments;
4. Coordinate external relations, such as liaison and communication with government agencies and partners;
5. Complete other work tasks assigned by senior leaders.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree, administration, business management or related fields of study are preferred;
2. More than 5 years of social work experience, those who have administrative work experience in enterprises are preferred;
3. Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, team management skills and good interpersonal skills;
4. Familiar with administrative management processes and relevant laws and regulations, with strong risk prevention awareness;
5. Have excellent writing skills and official document writing skills;
6. Able to use office software fluently, with good Cantonese and English communication skills;
7. Work actively and proactively, take strong responsibility, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
