• Commercial Negotiation: Directly negotiate new product listings, trade terms, and promotion forms. You must be able to calculate margins, mark-ups, and net pricing accurately during negotiations.

• Account Profitability: Manage the P&L of your accounts. You are responsible for the ROI and effectiveness of every promotion to ensure business goals (Sales, Gross Margin, and Volume) are met.

• Channel Mastery: Maintain strong relationships with buyers at Mannings, Watsons, Matsukiyo, SOGO, YATA, DONKI, and other Japanese chains.

• Trade Operations: Execute annual sales plans, including budgeting, pricing strategy, roadshows, inventory control, and stock management.

• AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to streamline your workflow—from drafting high-impact sales proposals and generating market research to automating data reporting and email communication.

• On-the-Ground Leadership: Recruit and supervise our Promoter and Merchandiser teams. You turn floor traffic into sales.

• Regional Exposure: Lead projects across our Malaysia and Taiwan offices, bringing a regional perspective to local execution.

• The Personality: An extreme extrovert. You love talking to people, you are persuasive, and you have the "street-smart" ability to close deals independently.

• Strong Number Sense: You cannot be "scared" of math. You are comfortable with mental calculations and managing complex promotion forms where margin accuracy is non-negotiable.

• AI Savvy: You are a power user of AI. You know how to use Large Language Models (LLMs) and other productivity tools to work faster and smarter than the average candidate.

• The Mindset: A disciplined self-starter. You are a "Thinker + Doer”—happy to calculate margins in the morning and help with booth setup in the afternoon.

• Experience: 1–4 years in FMCG/Key Account management is preferred. High-potential Fresh Graduates with a logical mind and an outgoing personality are welcome!

• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, building calculation templates) and proficiency in MS Office.

• Language: Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
