Senior Customer Manager/Senior Customer Director
Job Description:
1. Responsible for industry customer development and maintenance, deeply exploring industry customers’ needs in digital transformation, digital marketing, SCRM/CRM, CDP, MA, AI large model, customer interaction and operation, and sales performance improvement;
3. Regularly visit target customers, develop reasonable sales strategies, and be responsible for customer communication, business demonstration, requirement clarification, business model, project bidding, business negotiation and contract signing;
4. Maintain good business relations with major customers, timely update company product information, and communicate corporate and brand culture;
5. Collect and analyze target customer needs, timely connect with company products and R&D departments, and drive company product upgrades and updates;
6. Establish a diversified business partner architecture and system, and form a long-term and mutually trusting good cooperative relationship.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing/Advertising/Electronic Commerce/Computer Science, etc., is preferred;
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing a large-scale business team, with your own management system, and able to start from the results (performance situation), do process key node management, and close the loop on the results;
3. Have SCRM/CRM, CDP, MA, cloud computing, AI Agent, big data, AI, SaaS (ERP, CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), marketing technology (Martech), industry software, enterprise informatization/digitalization solution and integration project sales work experience is preferred;
4. Have the ability to independently develop customers, quickly establish relationships with customers, continuously try new methods in work, and continuously extract experiences for replication;
5. Have strong communication and expression skills, have a good industry understanding ability, understand customer needs and project promotion Strong, have good negotiation skills;
