Airport Counter Specialist (travel App Promotion ,fresh IANG also welcome)

<p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p>A well-known international travel platform is recruiting an Airport Counter Specialist to join our team at Hong Kong International Airport.</p><p></p><p><strong>Work Location</strong></p><p>Hong Kong International Airport (Chek Lap Kok)</p><p></p><p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p><p>Shift rotation (4 shifts): 8AM-5PM / 7:30AM-4:30PM / 10AM-7PM / 11AM-8PM</p><p>No night shifts; weekly rest days on rota.</p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>AL :10days Sick L:10days , No-OT, </p><p>MPF ,Rest 8 days per month.</p><p></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities (Outline)</strong></p><ol><li>Promote half-day tours to foreign tourists in arrival & layover areas</li><li>Collect and organize customer info (travel purposes, acquisition channels)</li><li>Handle customer complaints & suggestions</li><li>Respond to daily airport-related inquiries at the counter</li><li>Promote the platform’s App and guide downloads/registrations</li><li>Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Airport Authority Hong Kong)</li></ol><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ol><li>Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal/written); Cantonese preferred, not required.</li><li>Preferred: Experience in airport services, tourism, customer service, or promotion</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving skills & customer orientation</li><li>Flexible to adapt to shift rotation</li><li>Valid Hong Kong or independent work visa (TTS ,QMAS,IANG etc also welcome) (no sponsorship provided)</li><li>Basic data collection & sorting ability</li></ol>
