Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including file sorting, data input, telephone answering and email processing, etc., to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Support human resources-related work, such as employee onboarding/offboarding document preparation, attendance record sorting and internal communication and coordination.
Handle basic accounting and financial administration, including bank deposits and withdrawals, check processing, and monthly expenses Reimbursement verification.
Execute procurement processes, including supplier contact, order issuance, receipt inspection, and procurement record updates.
Assume front-line reception responsibilities at the Kowloon Bay and Tseung Kwan O office points to welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and provide appropriate guidance and assistance.
Work requirements
Proficient in Cantonese, able to write fluently in Chinese (familiar with Cangjie or Quick Input Method), with basic English reading and writing abilities and Mandarin communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, able to independently create tables, documents, and perform simple data processing.
Have good communication skills, sense of responsibility and service awareness, and be able to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time.
