Responsibilities
· Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, with a key focus on advancing the entire recruitment process, including the development and maintenance of recruitment channels, resume screening, interview invitation and organization, and follow-up on employment offers; meanwhile, take charge of payroll calculation, staff training, MPF management and staff record management;
· Coordinate with other departments for daily HR operations;
· Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned.
Requirements
· High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
· Minimum 1year or above relevant working experience;
· Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong;
· Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude;
· High sense of responsibility and accountability;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong recruitment capability, and excellent abilities in candidate sourcing, communication and matching, as well as recruitment promotion;
· Immediate available will be an advantage;
· Candidates with less relevant experience are welcome.
