Now, in response to business expansion, we sincerely invite enthusiastic and experienced ACT teachers to join our elite teaching team! <br> Job Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Teach ACT full subject or specialized subjects online, and help students master the exam's key points and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Design and implement small group or one-on-one teaching courses to ensure classroom interaction, targeting, and high teaching quality.</li><li>Based on students’ learning progress and ability differences, design personalized teaching plans and preparation strategies to enhance learning effectiveness.</li><li>Regularly grade assignments and practice tests, provide specific and constructive feedback, and continuously track students’ performance and progress.</li><li>In-depth analysis of ACT exam trends and question type changes, teaching the latest test-taking mindset and efficient problem-solving strategies.</li><li>Motivate students to learn, cultivate critical thinking, time management skills, and exam confidence.</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements: </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, mathematics, science or related fields is preferred.</li><li>Have actual ACT teaching experience, familiar with the exam content, structure, scoring standards and preparation process.</li><li>Full of enthusiasm for education, with excellent oral expression and communication skills, able to effectively attract and guide students in an online environment.</li><li>Proficient in operating online teaching tools to ensure smooth and stable classes.</li><li>High sense of responsibility and patience, student-centered, and willing to invest extra time to provide learning support.</li><li>Fluent Cantonese and English skills, good Mandarin skills are especially desirable.</li><li>Flexible teaching time can be arranged according to students’ needs</li></ul><p><br>Benefits: </p><ul><li>Flexible working location, full-time "onlineONLINE teaching", and no geographical restrictions.</li><li>Company headquarters are in Shenzhen, Hong Kong or Shandong</li></ul>
