Explain the correct way to prune trees and guide students to practice, ensuring healthy tree growth.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Hold a registered arborist qualification, with extensive pruning experience and professional knowledge.<br>2. Passionate about environmental planting and ecological conservation, able to clearly communicate related ideas to students.<br>3. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to outdoor working environment.<br>4. Priority will be given to those with teaching or activity guidance experience<br></strong></p>
