Responsible for the full process handling of structured notes and derivative products, covering transaction confirmation, system input, settlement and delivery, and back-end accounting, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely completion of operations
Play a key role in verification and authorization, supervise the team to execute derivative product-related business operations, and strengthen internal control and risk management mechanisms
Coordinate sales team, traders and back-office departments (including compliance, risk, finance, legal, etc.), promptly clarify and solve abnormal problems that arise in the trading process
Efficiently respond to inquiries from internal units (front, middle, and back office), external regulatory agencies, customers and partners about derivative product operations, and provide relevant documents and explanations as required
Participate in cross-functional projects as needed, such as system upgrades, process automation, regulatory reporting integration, and business resilience improvement, etc. Temporary tasks to support continuous business optimization and compliance development
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, business management or related fields; those with CFA, FRM, HKSI LE, SFC licensed qualifications are preferred
At least 1 year of experience in banks, brokers, trust companies or asset management institutions in derivative product settlement, transaction support, operations or middle office management
Have excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively in writing and orally
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, I can independently handle bilingual documents and conference communication
Have basic financial knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework (such as SFC, HKMA), and be able to comply with compliance and risk management requirements
Have good attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and multi-tasking skills to adapt to a fast-paced financial environment
