Job duties:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to elevate the brand within the premium to luxury segment.
Strengthen brand positioning through storytelling, craftsmanship messaging, and premium product narratives.
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with global brand direction and local market needs.
Campaign Management
Lead 360° campaigns across digital, retail, social, PR, and partner channels.
Plan seasonal launches, key product stories, and brand moments with elevated, luxury‑grade execution.
Manage campaign calendars and ensure consistent, high‑quality brand expression.
Consumer Insights & Market Analysis
Analyse premium consumer behaviour, lifestyle trends, and competitors in the luxury/performance category.
Use insights to shape product focus, communication tone, and go‑to‑market plans.
Partnerships & Influencers
Build premium‑aligned partnerships (athletes, creators, lifestyle KOLs) to strengthen brand desirability.
Identify and manage influencer collaborations that reflect luxury aesthetic and brand integrity.
Retail & VM Support
Collaborate with retail teams to deliver premium in‑store marketing, storytelling zones, and elevated touchpoints.
Support visual merchandising with campaign assets, product stories, and brand‑driven retail experiences.
Digital & Social Marketing
Oversee content creation that communicates premium performance, innovation, and brand prestige.
Ensure digital channels reflect premium positioning, tone, and visual identity.
Event & Activation Management
Plan and execute high‑impact brand events, launches, and athlete/community activations.
Maintain luxury‑level details in event design, guest experience, and brand storytelling.
Budget & Agency Management
Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maintaining premium standards.
Oversee agencies (creative, PR, digital) to ensure elevated brand execution.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, retail, sales, and global marketing teams for seamless go‑to‑market alignment.
Ensure product stories are clearly translated across retail, digital, and media channels.
Requirements:
5–8+ years of marketing experience in premium or luxury brands (sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or accessories).
Proven track record managing 360° brand campaigns, product launches, and multi‑channel marketing.
Experience in premium storytelling, brand elevation, and luxury‑grade creative execution.
Strong understanding of premium consumer behaviour , lifestyle trends, and luxury positioning.
Background collaborating with retail, digital, VM, PR, and e‑commerce teams.
