OK Convenience Store Part-time Store Assistant Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations of the store, including product display, replenishment, inventory and cash register operations, ensuring the store is clean and orderly, and product information is accurate and clear.
Greet customers and provide basic consultation services, assist in product selection and answer common questions, and enhance customer shopping experience and satisfaction.
Complete the cleaning and organization work assigned by the branch on time, and maintain the business environment in line with the company's sanitation and image standards.
Assist with handling simple administrative support work, such as invoice processing, inventory record updates, and internal message transmission, etc.

Work requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, no relevant work experience is required, and students and those just entering the workforce are welcome to apply; basic communication skills and service awareness are required.
Flexible scheduling on weekends, public holidays, and weekday evenings (e.g., 18:00–22:00) can be arranged, with at least 8 shifts per month.
Familiar with the transportation in Kowloon Bay, Rainbow, Diamond Hill, Siu Sai Wan, Huang Tai Chi, and Yau Tong, and willing to rotate in the designated branches of the three districts, without a fixed base.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to complete assigned tasks independently, and also able to actively coordinate and push for smooth store operations.
Understand basic computer operations (such as inputting data, reviewing electronic spreadsheets), fluent in Cantonese, and understanding Mandarin or English as a plus.
