Senior Solution Architect

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology, including extensive hands-on leadership in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations. This role is critical to designing scalable, integrated, and value-driven ERP solutions aligned with our clients' strategic goals.</p><p>As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead solution definition and architecture design across multiple Oracle Cloud ERP modules (such as Financials, SCM, HCM). You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver innovative, end-to-end ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, deep functional and technical expertise, and proven success in guiding Oracle ERP Cloud projects from inception to go-live and beyond.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end solution planning for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and align Oracle Cloud capabilities accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Define solution blueprints covering business processes, integrations, data models, and system configurations.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate and recommend best-fit Oracle Cloud modules, configurations, and technical components for specific business needs.</p></li><li><p>Provide governance and oversight for technical and functional teams during implementation.</p></li><li><p>Ensure solutions meet compliance, scalability, and security requirements.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and architecture governance activities.</p></li><li><p>Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>10+years of ERP implementation experience, with experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and <strong><u>Oracle Fusion experience</u></strong></p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, and Procurement.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, data structures, and integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).</p></li><li><p>Experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise ERP solutions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to define solution strategy, roadmap, and transformation plans.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on solution delivery and value realization.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oracle Cloud ERP Certified Implementation Specialist (Financials/SCM/HCM)</p></li><li><p>Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified Architect</p></li><li><p>PMP or SAFe Certification (optional but beneficial)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field<strong>.</strong></p></li></ul>
