<p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group at Huawei Hong Kong. This role involves managing accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success, with a focus on ICT projects such as finance, government, innovation, and real-estate industries.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee accounts, ensuring timely management and development of client relationships.</li> <li>Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams to support client needs and contribute to business objectives.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the specified sectors.</li> </ul> <p>Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years in sales, account management, and customer success.</li> <li>Proven experience in managing ICT projects such as finance, innovation, real-estate, higher education, SME industries etc.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of Huawei’s products and services is a plus.</li> <li>Good Command in Chinese and English.</li> </ul>
