Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support, including processing compensation forms and data input;
Provide administrative support including processing claim forms and data entry;
2. Assist in preparing training materials and coordinate employee training logistics;
Provide assistance in the preparation of training materials and the coordination of logistical support for staff training;
3. Handle telephone inquiries with politeness and professionalism;
Handle phone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner;
4. Perform manual work as needed;
Perform manual tasks as required;
5. Execute any other assigned tasks.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Complete secondary education or above, and achieve Level 2 or above in Chinese and English subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE);
Attained secondary education or higher, achieving Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language subjects in the HKDSE.
2. Proficient in Chinese and English typing;
Proficient in both Chinese and English typing.
3. Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and other common office applications;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other standard office applications.
4. Have interpersonal communication skills and be enthusiastic about supporting others.
