<p>-Import purchase order information into the company's POS system<br><br>Provide administrative and support services for the company's daily operations<br>-Assist with data entry, file archiving, and courier/postal services, supporting the company's online store, including product launches and inventory management updates<br>-Process all internal claims and invoices according to the correct procedure, ensuring necessary supporting materials and consistency<br>-Familiar with using Excel vlook up for basic data matching and organization<br>-Handle temporary work and tasks as needed<br><br><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong>-College degree or above<br>-At least 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred<br>-Responsible, self-motivated, and organized, able to work under a tight schedule<br>-Proficient in Excel, especially VLOOKUP and basic data organization<br>-Good writing and speaking skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin<br>-Positive attitude, willing to learn<br>-Able to handle multiple tasks and flexible work, and handle multiple jobs at the same time<br><br>Salary: $18,000-$20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)<br>Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-18:30 (flexible working hours after the trial period)<br>Working location: Tseung Kwan O</p>
