2. Job Requirements

· College degree or above

· Good Cantonese, writing and speaking skills

· More than 5 years of experience in interior design/home planning/full house customization

· Able to independently complete the entire process from market research to concept sketches to sample follow-up

· Proficient in combining human engineering and art aesthetics

· Proficient in SolidWorks/Rhino and other 3D modeling

· Efficiently assist in completing team-assigned projects

· Proactive and positive, attention to details, and sense of work responsibility

· Work location is Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

· Work 6 days a week, provide accommodation

3. Provide Hong Kong labor visa quota

According to the Hong Kong Supplementary Labor Optimization Plan, suitable candidates for this position need to sign a contract with an input foreign labor intermediary for a period of two years, with two years of renewal, and after obtaining a work visa from the Immigration Department, they must go to Hong Kong to work within two months. This is a full-time job and is protected by Hong Kong labor law.
