*Job Title: Family Planner* *1. Job Description** As a family planner, you will play the core consulting role in your clients' families. You need to deeply understand the unique needs, values and goals of each family, and provide them with one-stop and personalized comprehensive solutions. Your professional advice will cover all aspects of family growth, from children's education, wealth management to identity and school admission planning, helping client families to draw a clear roadmap and achieve their dreams of a peaceful and prosperous life and long-term development in Hong Kong. You are not only a consultant, but also a trusted partner and mentor to your client families. *2. Job Responsibilities** * **Client consultation and demand analysis: ** Through in-depth interviews, we evaluate the client's family situation, financial ability, educational expectations, and future planning goals. * **Solution Design and Presentation: ** Design and explain a tailor-made comprehensive planning solution based on customer needs, including but not limited to: * **Family Education Planning: ** Analyze children’s learning situation and design academic and extracurricular development paths. * **Family financial planning: ** Provide budget management, savings, investment, insurance and retirement plan advice to support various family goals. * **Hong Kong Schooling Planning: ** Provide local school (international school, direct investment, private school) selection strategy, application process and preparation guidance. * **Project Management and Follow-up: ** Coordinate internal and external resources (such as lawyers, immigration consultants, school application experts, etc.), ensure the smooth execution of the plan, and regularly inspect and adjust the plan. * **Customer Relationship Management: ** Build and maintain long-term, trusted customer relationships, providing continuous follow-up services and support. * **Market Insight: ** Continuously monitor the latest dynamics in Hong Kong education, immigration policies and financial markets to ensure that the advice provided is accurate and up-to-date. *3. Position requirements** * **Education and experience:** * Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, education, social sciences, business management, etc. Relevant fields are preferred. * At least 2 years or more of work experience in **Education Consulting, Financial Planning, Immigration Consulting, High-end Customer Service and related fields**. * Holding relevant professional qualifications (such as: CFP® certified financial planner, financial advisor, insurance intermediary license, education consultant certificate, etc.) will be a great advantage. * **Knowledge and skills: ** * **Must master: ** Have in-depth understanding of the Hong Kong education system, admission mechanism and school network. * **Must be proficient in: ** Familiar with Hong Kong's immigration policies (such as Talent Immigration Program, Specialist Immigration Program, etc.) and application procedures. * **Must have: ** Solid knowledge of family financial planning, able to independently conduct financial analysis and budget planning. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English (with preference for Mandarin fluency), able to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively to customers. * Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust relationships with families from different backgrounds. * Strong **analytical skills and problem-solving techniques** , able to handle multiple tasks and work independently. * **Personal traits: ** * Trustworthy and reliable, with a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics. * Actively and proactively, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction. * Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to policy changes and update knowledge base. --- **We provide:** * Competitive base salary and generous performance bonuses. * Open and supportive team working environment. * Valuable opportunity to collaborate with professionals from various industries.
