1. Responsible for overseas market expansion of the company's own brand and OEM products, formulating and implementing regional sales strategies, developing potential customers and achieving cooperation, and completing the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and collection tasks.
2. Maintain overseas old customer relationships, regularly communicate and connect with customers to understand their needs and product usage feedback, provide professional pre-sales, on-sales, and after-sales support, coordinate and solve various problems in the process of executing orders, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate, and establish long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations.
3. Responsible for the whole process of overseas business, including handling customer inquiries, product quotation, business negotiation, contract drafting and signing, order follow-up, production coordination, logistics arrangement and payment follow-up, ensuring high-efficiency order delivery and controlling business risks.
4. Collaborate with the company's R&D, production, logistics, quality control, and other departments to push for the development and landing of customized products, ensure that the products meet customer needs and international standards, and coordinate and solve cross-departmental collaboration issues in the production and delivery process.
5. Strictly abide by the company's sales management system and international trade related regulations, standardize business operations, submit sales reports, customer follow-up records, etc. related documents on time, and complete other transactional work assigned by the supervisor.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Economics and Trade, Business English, Marketing, etc.;
2. More than 3 years of overseas sales experience, those with fast-moving consumer goods industry experience are preferred;
3. English CET-6 or above, listening, speaking, reading and writing fluent, can be used as a working language, and can independently complete business negotiations, contract writing, customer communication, etc.;
4. Have independent customer development ability, familiar with ODM/OEM cooperation mode and business process optimization;
5. Familiar with international trade procedures, overseas market rules and relevant laws and regulations, master product quotation, business negotiation skills, and be able to handle overseas orders independently;
7. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills and customer service awareness, good at listening to customer needs, and able to handle customer complaints and various sudden problems in the cooperation process.
