<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>

<li>Identify and qualify potential customers</li>
<li>Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers</li>
<li>Understand the features and benefits of company products, and effectively communicate them to prospective customers</li>
<li>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and closing deals</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the product and course development teams based on customer needs and market trends</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system</li>
<li>Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay updated on the latest algorithmic trading trends and best practices<br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or educational technology industry</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner</li>
<li>Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships</li>
<li>Willing to perform on shift duty</li>
<li>Proficient in using CRM and sales automation tools will be an advantage</li>
<li>Understanding of algorithmic trading and financial markets is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>IANG / TTPS / QMAS are also welcome</li>
