Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR & Admin colleagues in Hong Kong to calculate salary & MPF using the human resources system
- Manage employee holiday records, employee onboarding and resignation records
- Data Entry; Assist new employees to join the MPF member plan and medical insurance plan;
- Input and store data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Other simple and easy-to-learn administrative work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, good English ability (at least able to read, write)
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software
- At least two years of human resources and administrative experience on salary and benefits
- Familiar with Hong Kong's salary and benefits and MPF plan Will be given priority
Working hours & location:
Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00
