Customer Services Officer - Shopping Mall - Up to 24K X 12 + attractive bonus

Responsibilities/ Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' enquiries in CS centre of the mall
• Handling customer inquiries
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Face guests with a positive and professional attitude
• To perform daily administration, reports and clerical support works
• Daily administrative, reporting and basic clerical work
• Paid On-the-job training will be provided
• Comprehensive on-the-job paid training

• Experience in customer services will be advantage
• Basic customer service experience is better
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• Good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• 5 days work week, Mon - Fri only
• Five days work
