<p>Job Responsibilities</p>
<p>1. Customer relationship maintenance: Maintain and enhance customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure customer satisfaction with our insurance products and services.</p>
<p>2. Requirement analysis: Through analysis of customer data, deepen understanding of customer needs, establish closer relationships with customers, and discover more new business opportunities related to insurance products.</p>
<p>3. Problem solving: Coordinate internal resources, solve customer problems, and ensure customer needs and expectations are effectively met.</p>
<p>4. Service plan formulation: Formulate customer service plans, review the effects of all-round contact with customers from different channels, and continuously optimize service processes.</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>1. Education: Bachelor's degree, business management, marketing, human resources or related fields.</p>
<p></p>
<p>Familiar with data analysis tools, able to extract valuable insights from customer data.</p>
<p>3. Experience: Have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, especially those with experience in customer relationship management, insurance or service industries will be given priority. </p>
<p>4. Attitude: Have proactive and responsible attitude, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Have good organizational and time management skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</p>
