Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage diverse projects, and analyze market trends to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
A. Duties
1. Design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products, enhance brand image, and drive business growth.
2. Analyze customer behaviors and feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for improving the overall journey.
3. Plan and manage advertising, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
4. Conduct market research to analyze current trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities, using insights to enhance the customer journey.
5. Create engaging marketing content, including promotional materials, and online contents.
6. Manage the company’s social media platforms and their trends to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
7. Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
8. Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
B. Prerequisite
1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong passion for current trends in the food & beverage and FMCG markets, particularly in Japanese, Korean and European products.
4. Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
5. Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
9. More experience will consider as Senior Officer / Assistant Manager
