Procurement Manager

Our client is a well-established beverage products organization with a strong presence across multiple distribution channels. The business continues to expand its product portfolio and supply network, creating opportunities for procurement professionals to contribute to sourcing strategy, supplier development, and new product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business growth and operational requirements.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, manufacturing partners, and strategic vendors.

• Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with co-packers, OEM partners, and supply chain stakeholders.

• Partner with internal teams to support new product development and commercialization projects.

• Manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring supply continuity and inventory optimization.

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders on sourcing and supplier development initiatives.

• Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Review and negotiate supply agreements to ensure favorable commercial terms and risk management.

• Drive supplier performance across quality, delivery, service, and cost objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Category Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within FMCG, food, beverage, or related industries.

• Experience managing supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and commercial negotiations.

• Strong preference for candidates with established networks among beverage co-packers, food co-packers, OEM manufacturers, or major retail chains.

• Sound knowledge of import and export operations.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
