C2C Business Development Manager (Crypto Business)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to drive growth and partnerships within the C2C marketplace.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as individual customers, third-party platforms, and other relevant partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate partnerships and agreements, develop marketing strategies to attract customers, analyze market trends and competition, and drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track and report on key performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the C2C marketplace.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in cryptos exchange C2C business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with stakeholders, negotiating partnerships, and presenting business proposals.
• A deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer behavior in the C2C marketplace.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
