Duties: Responsible for cooking meals and providing special meals for needy residents; assist in budgeting kitchen food purchases, receipt, and storage; responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment. Must work on rotation.
A: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
B: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
D: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Work 7.5 hours per day, 45 hours per week (excluding meal time), 6 days per week
Job Requirements: Completed primary six education, good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese, pay attention to food safety and hygiene during work, preferential treatment for experience in cooking meals for many people
Salary and Employment Conditions:
* Current salary is $19,535 (Fifth point of the Ah Long total salary scale).
* The above salary will be adjusted up or down according to Ah Long regulations and/or reference to public servant salary review.
* Selected applicants will be employed under contract terms.
