IT Support Specialist Technical Support Assistant (Information Technology)

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide On-site system and network support for retail shops

• Provide field services for PC and system operation support

• Install and maintain software patches according to company standard where necessary

• Maintain IT support log system and assign tasks to the team

• F.5, DSE or TI / IVE graduate in Information Technology or equivalent. Recent graduates will also be considered.

• Basic knowledge on Microsoft 365, Mobile devices, Window 11 & Windows 10 operations required。

• Knowledge in PC hardware/ software/ simple network troubleshooting. Working experience in IT front-end support is an advantage.

• Good communication skills; able to work under pressure and independently.

• Need to work on a roster basis and provide emergency support to business when needed. (including Sundays and Public Holidays)

• Willing to work on extended hours.
