Assistant Building Services Engineer / Coordinator (E&M) (18K to 25K) (Ref034)

Our Client is an expanding E&M contractor / E&M consultancy and mainly provide E&M engineering service in Hong Kong / China. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration

• Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects

• Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration

• Prepare shop drawing & CSD / site coordination & supervision

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or aboveinBuilding Services Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum1 years'experience in E&M projects

• Experience in environmental project

• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD

• Fresh Graduated would be also considered
